The delivery didn’t go as planned, they were supposed to be delivered on Friday, our anniversary, but for some reason the delivery person thought we weren’t home (we were) and didn’t leave anything to indicate they had even tried to deliver them. I went in Saturday morning was told what apparently happened and I was kind of upset but I understand mistakes happen. The young lady I talked to at the store was very apologetic and nice, she even wrote a note to include with the flowers telling my wife what happened and apologized profusely for the mistake so I could get out of the doghouse. The roses were a little less quality than I expected but they weren’t terrible, maybe this isn’t the best time of year for them. If the young ladies I talked to hadn’t been exceptionally nice I would have left a lower rating and if the mistake in delivery hadn’t been made and the quality of the roses had been a little better I definitely would have given a five star rating. I would absolutely order from them again in the future solely based on the quality of the people I worked with Saturday morning and I truly believe they are worth a second chance.

Lee’s customer service was 10/10 and their bouquet certainly matched the five star review. I ordered these from a different state but put the wrong delivery address. They kindly let me know and patiently awaited the correct one. The flowers were practically instantly delivered and beyond beautiful! Look no further for your floral needs

Amazing! I picked the florist choice bundle and it was beautiful. My aunt received 2 other bouquets from other places and she said mine were the best and biggest.
